Why has my eBay view changed?
- This was done to improve the security of your account and enable you to protect your seller ratings more effectively.
- You can opt-out of this change on your account settings in the “Selling Tools” section to return to the classic view, from which you can see all important information at a glance, such as a buyer contact details, order details, feedback, and the number of listings in each category.

Switch back to old eBay listing tool
You can easily switch back to the old listing tool by going to eBay’s site and clicking on “List an auction” in the left-hand column. Then, select your item from the drop down menu for “View all listing formats” at the top of the page, find the old format and select it.

Getting to my eBay settings
You can get to your eBay settings by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner, then choose Account Settings. Once you are on this page, click on My eBay

Get rid of eBay sellers hub
You can get rid of the eBay sellers hub by clicking the Settings icon in your menu bar (at the top right corner of your desktop), then selecting Preferences. Then go to the General tab, and uncheck “Show listing hub” under My eBay.”
